For sale are four new, unused Siemens Blade Blocks / Distributor Blocks, type ZCH 565227, suitable for Siemens onshore wind turbines in the 2–4 MW power range, including the SWT-3.6-107.
The Siemens ZCH 565227 is a central hydraulic module in the pitch system and is responsible for the precise and rapid adjustment of the rotor blade pitch angle. This assembly is therefore a safety- and performance-relevant key component, making a significant contribution to yield optimization, load control, and operational reliability of the wind turbine.
As a hydraulic distributor block, the component is fully integrated into the turbine’s control architecture and communicates directly with the main control system. Due to the high mechanical and hydraulic loads, only OEM parts of the highest manufacturing and engineering quality are used here.
