Automatic screen printing machine for crate printing
Electro-pneumatically controlled flatbed screen printing machine with microprocessor control and touchscreen display for setting all necessary parameters. Equipped with infeed, loading and unloading stations. Pneumatic squeegee and flood bar pressure can be adjusted via manometer; pneumatic squeegee switching; quick-change squeegee system; adjustable squeegee stroke, squeegee pressure and flood bar. In setup mode, printing movements can be individually adjusted.

Flatbed printer with 2 print stations and servo-driven rotator for beverage crates, including crate holders. At each station, crates are rotated 180°, allowing four-sided printing. Machine features a parallel-lifting upper frame, print format approx. 400 x 600 mm, motorized squeegee movement, XY adjustment for the screen stencil, and integrated safety devices. Requires 6 bar compressed air supply; connection voltage: 230V, 50 Hz.
