Electropneumatically controlled fully automatic screen printing machine for container body printing, equipped with microprocessor control, including feed, printing, and ejection stations. Pneumatic squeegee pressure is adjustable via gauge; pneumatic squeegee shifting with quick-change squeegee system. Squeegee stroke and pressure are adjustable. In setup mode, printing movements can be adjusted individually.

All four sides of a crate can be printed simultaneously in one pass, with different colors and designs on each side. With a throughput of up to 800 crates per hour, precise reproducibility ensures high productivity.

Special peristaltic pumps apply ink to the horizontally positioned screen stencils, guaranteeing an even application on every crate side.

Screens can be exchanged in just a few minutes, resulting in minimal machine downtime.

The multifunctional system of the printing tower allows both logos and colors to be changed quickly, ensuring very short setup times.

A modern electronic controller with display ensures optimal process control and assists in error diagnosis. The step-by-step operating mode provides live printer status during automatic production as well as during setup by the operator.
