The Syncrolift is a new electric double-column positioner with a horizontal, permanent rotary axis and height adjustment, making it ideal for welding, assembly, and maintenance work.

The workpiece positioner allows safe handling of heavy components and enables the operator to always achieve the optimal working position via the synchronized height adjustment.

The manipulator is equipped with two axes and four movements:
Lifting – Lowering – Rotating left – Rotating right

Thanks to its special design, the column positioner can handle very large components. Taller columns (+500/+1000/+1500 mm) for processing larger workpieces are available upon request. Optional equipment includes: double-sided lifting drive, track rails in 2 m segments, wireless remote control, TCS program control, etc.

The movable columns enable processing of workpieces ranging from 1 mtr. to over 20 mtr. in length.

Positioners are available with load capacities from max. 2,500 kg up to max. 40,000 kg, depending on workpiece weight and dimensions.
