The SGT MBK 500 is a compact and high-performance tumble belt shot blasting machine designed for the efficient and gentle processing of bulk materials and small batch parts. The robust perforated tumble belt ensures continuous mixing of the workpieces, thereby guaranteeing uniform exposure of all surfaces. Multiple optimally aligned blast nozzles provide consistently high blasting quality. The machine is operated via an intuitive Siemens TD200 control module, which ensures clear and secure operations. Light barriers protect the operator and further increase operational safety. With a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar, the MBK 500 is ideally suited for cleaning, deburring, roughening, and surface preparation tasks in industrial applications. The tumble belt technology enables a fully automated blasting process and minimizes manual effort in day-to-day operations.
