Consistent tolerances and superior surface finish

The RS65 line integrates a strip washing tunnel and in-line cold rolling unit (Carl Wetzel KG) with Vollmer thickness control, ensuring precise strip management (reduction 0.03 to 0.3 mm).

The ABBEY ETNA forming section includes motorized breakdown stands, finpass, 250 kW HF welder, complete internal scarfing and triple external scarfing, plus a 6-stand motorized sizing section.

In-line quality control and final finishing

The Prüftechnik Eddycheck 610 eddy current inspection system, together with demagnetizing, automatic defect marking, anti-corrosive oiling, and the MAIR automatic magnetic bundling system, guarantee final product ready for delivery.

High-speed cutting

SEUTHE TS90 flying saw with OPTRONIC linear CNC control and anti-marking clamps, designed for production speeds up to 100 m/min.

The line produces consistently high-quality tubes with integrated thickness control and a full in-line inspection system, optimized for high-end industrial applications.
