Description

The SENFENG SF1503CH has been designed for processing thin coil material. Compared to traditional sheet cutting, the system reduces several intermediate steps such as separate decoiling, external straightening, manual loading, and individual sheet handling.

The coil material is loaded, decoiled, straightened, and then precisely fed to the laser cutting unit. The integrated straightening technology improves flatness and reduces internal stresses before the cutting process.

This system is particularly suitable for operations with regular demand for flat sheet parts, recurring contours, and series production.

Das System sorgt dafür, dass die Hydraulik nur bei Betätigung des Fußpedals arbeitet – die Pumpe läuft nicht dauerhaft, wie bei herkömmlichen Hydrauliksystemen. Dies führt zu einem geringeren Energieverbrauch, schnelleren Zykluszeiten und höchster Präzision im Vergleich zu Standard-Hydraulikmaschinen. Der Förderstrom und der Druck der Y1- und Y2-Hydraulikzylinder werden jeweils durch zwei Servobidirektional-Pumpensysteme geregelt, wobei das Öl des oberen Zylinders direkt durch die Pumpe in den unteren Zylinderraum geleitet wird, um das Anheben des Pressbalkens zu realisieren.
