SEMIX Mobil 100 S4

The SEMIX Mobil 100S4 is equipped with concrete mixers boasting a capacity of 3000/2000 liters, available as single-shaft, twin-shaft, or mobile mixers. SEMIX mobile concrete mixers feature NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wear liners, selected according to the silicon ratio of the concrete mix formula.

All SEMIX aggregate storage bins are designed in a trapezoidal shape to provide exceptional structural strength. The aggregate bins can be loaded using wheel loaders via a single loading ramp. Aggregates are weighed on a weighing conveyor, which then transfers the material to a belt conveyor. The design incorporates two separate conveyors, ensuring optimum weighing accuracy and increased dosing performance for higher concrete output.

All SEMIX concrete batching plants are managed by a SCADA system integrated with a Schneider PLC. Users can monitor all material inputs and connect CRM systems for advanced data management. The SEMIX engineering team is able to remotely access the automation system to provide real-time online technical support.
