For sale: Scolari sawdust dryer with automatic control – currently in operation.
The dryer uses fresh air mixed with flue gas, with a maximum drying temperature of 130-140 °C. Thermal requirement: 2,000,000 Kcal/hour, capacity: 2 tons/hour (dry sawdust).
Heating is provided by an automatically controlled biomass boiler (wood chips/fuel).
Extras:
• Automatic moisture measurement at both the inlet and outlet
• Frequency-controlled draft regulation in the drying chamber
