- Ribbed steel machine base with tube reinforcements for optimal support of working units

PANEL FEED SYSTEM:
- Feed chain with rubber sliding shoes, featuring a high coefficient of friction, mounted on a 1 ¼” industrial chain
- The chain runs on two guides made from hardened and ground steel, one round and one flat, to ensure straight-line feeding and prevent lateral displacement
- Automatic central lubrication of the feed chain
- The upper pressure beam is made of thick-walled steel construction, complete with double rows of ball-bearing mounted rollers and protective device for the pressure rollers
- Manual lifting of the pressure system with automatic positioning of the working units upon change of panel thickness
- Mechanical digital indicator for monitoring the selected panel thickness

CONTROL "ORION 100":
Control unit complete with PLC, allowing fast, simple, and error-free execution of customized machining programs (max. 60 programs).
Manages pneumatic positioning of units if available on the machine. (The control system does not include pneumatic positioners.)

- Function keys for quick actuation of working units
