SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edge banding center designed for processing edges in standard furniture production. The HD model belongs to machines with a more robust construction and is suitable where stable edge banding quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine allows for complete processing of a panel in a single through-feed operation – from pre-milling and glue application to final edge finishing. Thanks to the modular arrangement of the working units, the machine can process ABS / PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is used, thoroughly cleaned, checked, and ready for installation.

Machine Technical Features:

- Pre-milling unit – 2 counter-rotating motors for flattening the incoming edge before edging
- Glue application unit – EVA glue pot, electronic temperature control
- Pressure zone – main pressure roller + subsequent pressure rollers
- End trimming saws – 2 motors for clean trimming of edge ends
- Top and bottom milling units – contour following, precise trimming of ABS/PVC edge
- Front corner rounding unit – radius corner processing of panel
- Rear corner rounding unit – finishing of corners on panel exit
- Radius scrapers – final smoothing of edge radii
- Flat scrapers – finishing equalization of the edge surface
- Buffing unit – 2 discs for final edge polishing
- Complete extraction system – connections for all working units
- Pneumatic presses and adjustments – workpiece stability and precise regulation
- Manual fine adjustment – digital readout wheels and micromovements for precise setting
