The mobile dust extractor Vacomat 140/160 XPe is ideal for single-machine extraction. Air volumes up to 1,593 m³/h can be handled by this extraction system under negative pressure, e.g., for the dust extraction of panel saws, jointers, or thicknessers.

The dust/chip mixture is discharged into a dust-tight chip collection container (240 l) with inserted plastic bag. A negative pressure duct holds the film bag securely in the collection container. A viewing window makes it easy to check the fill level. The Vacomat 140/160 XPe continuously monitors its extraction performance via a pressure gauge, ensuring the highest operational safety.

In the Vacomat 140/160 XPe, an agitator motor provides electro-mechanical cleaning of the filter bags. No compressed air connection and therefore no compressor is required. Control can be carried out via potential-free contacts using a query from the wood processing machine.

The Vacomat 140/160 XPe is supplied as standard with patented SchukoCone filter bags. The SchukoCone filter bags are particularly suitable for fine dusts.
