Complete Scholz OHT plant with quick-closing system

The plant consists of:
- the OHT autoclave with quick-closing system
- the overhead preheater
- condensers 1 and 2
- the heat exchanger
- the transfer pump
- the control cabinet

- the connecting pipeline with fittings and valves

The pressure vessel is built with a pressure- and vacuum-resistant shell, featuring threaded and flange connections. Rails made from L-profiles are installed in the base of the vessel, allowing charging with trolleys. An extraction profile is incorporated in the vessel floor to retain coarse contaminants inside the vessel, preventing them from entering the preheater.

The OHT autoclave system is fitted with a SCHOLZ quick-closing device for convenient loading and unloading. The closure is operated as follows:
- Safety device: manual
- Lid rotation mechanism: hydraulic
- Door hinge: hydraulic

The technical data sheets for each component are included.
The plant is currently not in operation and can be thoroughly inspected at your leisure.
