Machine Description: Schlatter MG900 ZG12

The Schlatter MG900 is a powerful, fully refurbished resistance welding system, specifically designed for the production of welded mesh panels. With a maximum width of 1,250 mm and a length of up to 3,000 mm, the machine can process wire diameters of up to 12 mm. The system has been extensively modernized to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in production.

MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine

- Expandable to 12 welding presses and 6 transformers in full configuration

Cross Wire Feeding QFD34
- Allows dual wire insertion for two different longitudinal wires

Mesh Withdrawal System (MVL)
- Driven by MS2N servo motor with CtrlX from Bosch Rexroth
- Equipped with three Schlatter mesh grippers (expandable on request)

Mesh Stacker (MS)
- Automatic stacking of mesh panels (travel distance: 3,100 mm)

Control and Power Cabinet
- Siemens S7 TIA machine control
- Rexroth CtrlX components for high-dynamic motion control

Longitudinal Wire Loader (LFE)
