This used SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 has been functionally tested (not newly painted), with worn components and seals replaced. The machine geometry has also been re-adjusted to ensure maximum precision.

The SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 is specifically designed for construction drilling, line boring in the 32 mm system, and boring for various fittings. It allows all these operations to be performed quickly, accurately, and with minimal setup time. Operation is user-friendly via symbols and a 4-program pre-selection control, enabling the operator to switch to a new mode in seconds.

Central adjustment of the removable side stops ensures flush alignment at the front edge for precise drilling of both left and right workpieces, regardless of whether parts are accurately or squarely cut. The dowelled corner joint will always be flush, both at the edge and at the face – something rarely achieved by CNC machines with the simplicity and speed of a SCHEER DB 4. Safety clamping is provided across the full table width, with clamping of the workpiece directly at the drilling beam. The fence rail has three adjustable flip stops. Continuous table supports facilitate feeding and drilling of long workpieces; fold-up workpiece support tables simplify series and hardware boring operations.
