This used SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 has been functionally tested, with worn parts replaced and the machine geometry recalibrated to ensure maximum precision.

The SCHEER Universal Dowel Hole Boring Machine DB 4 is specifically designed for structural drilling, line boring in the 32 mm grid system, and a wide variety of fitting hole applications. It allows all these operations to be performed quickly, precisely, and with minimal setup time. User-friendly operation via icons and 4 preselectable program controls enables instant switching to the next work step.

Central adjustment of the removable side fences guarantees perfect alignment to the front edge, allowing accurate drilling of both left and right workpieces, regardless of whether parts are cut to size or at a specific angle. Dowelled corner joints are always flush—both at the edge and on the surface! Achieving such ease and speed is not possible with any CNC machine as with the SCHEER DB 4.

Safety clamping across the full table width, with workpiece clamping directly at the drilling beam. Stop rail with three adjustable flip stops. Continuous table supports make it easier to feed and drill long workpieces; the foldable workpiece support tables facilitate line and fitting drilling.
