Cone Bending:
For cone bending, all rollers except the upper roller can be set at an angle. The roller positions can be read on indicator instruments. For semi-automatic or fully automatic operation, the roller bearing blocks are equipped with scale bars and cam slides for limit switch actuation. This allows the rollers to repeatedly move into the same preset position, ensuring very high uniformity of the bent sections.
