With our UST-100, your coolant lubricant is produced automatically and continuously monitored, allowing you and your staff to focus on what matters most.

Connected to a drum of concentrate and the water supply line, our special mixing process creates an emulsion, which is then fed directly into your machine tanks via the supply lines.

Our sensors continuously monitor the concentration, pH value, temperature, and fluid level in the machine tank, ensuring you always know the current status of your coolant lubricant.

REQUIRED CONNECTIONS:
- 1/2 inch cold water, 5 bar
- 230V Schuko power outlet
- 10mm OD compressed air, 3 bar

OPTIONAL CONNECTIONS:
- WiFi for digital measurement protocols and live monitoring outside of production
