SAPI Premium Pressure Blast Apparatus, 200 liters, with cyclone separator and abrasive vacuum for abrasive media processing. This blasting system offers a cost-effective, highly efficient, and effective solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Open blasting system for manual sandblasting of various types of workpieces by an operator, including abrasive media processing.

The abrasive media is collected by hand after blasting and pushed into the collection hopper at the bottom. The abrasive vacuum extracts the media from the hopper and draws it through the cyclone separator. During this process, dust is extracted and collected in the vacuum's dust container. Coarse particles are separated out via a screen.

The cleaned abrasive falls back into the vented pressure blasting vessel and is available for reuse.

Our SAPI safety shut-off ensures a safe and economical blasting process. The remote control enables starting and stopping of the blast vessel with a hand lever mounted on the blasting hose assembly.

This is a very economical and effective solution for open blasting operations with semi-automatic abrasive recycling.

Scope of delivery includes:

- SAPI Premium Blast Vessel, 200 liters with 1 1/4" piping, pressure-regulated from 0.1 – 12 bar, max. operating pressure 12 bar
- High-performance water separator 1 1/4", permanently mounted on the device
- SAPI safety shut-off
- Cyclone separator for abrasive processing with lifting device
- Abrasive media sieve (insert sieve in blast vessel hopper)
- Loading hopper 500x500x380 mm
- 4-meter connecting hose from loading hopper to cyclone separator
- 3-meter connecting hose from cyclone separator to abrasive vacuum
