The automatic car wash is equipped with a set of spray pumps. It is designed to ensure that as little liquid as possible is carried over into subsequent processes after washing, saving money and improving washing quality. This is crucial, as the apparent savings from systems that do not utilize these solutions can ultimately lead to much higher costs associated with the disposal of chemicals and waste, which will simply be greater. Attention should also be paid to maintaining the required bath parameters. Research and development have enabled us to develop a car wash system with an optional detail drying function, where hot air is blown onto the parts by a fan after washing. The car wash system is equipped with an advanced macroprogramming system, where each program, depending on the number of tanks, can comprise up to 10 steps.
