The machine is completely overhauled in-house according to customer specifications. Among other things, the following components are renewed:
- Conversion to Siemens S7 PLC control
- Conversion to Siemens HMI operating panel
- Replacement of pneumatic feed and/or ball screw
- Replacement of servo motor and servo drive
- Replacement of frequency inverter for the main saw drive
- New electronic components
- New pneumatic lines
- Maintenance or replacement of all pneumatic cylinders and valve manifolds
- Optimization of extraction system
- Maintenance of central and minimum lubrication systems
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of machine body

Due to its design and equipment, the machine is particularly suitable for mass cutting of steel with high precision tolerances.

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a 6-month warranty on all overhauled or replaced parts on our systems. Labor time and consumable/wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
