Current Status & Availability:

The stretch wrapping system is fully operational and currently still in daily use.

Availability: The complete system is still fully integrated into production operations and can be inspected under operating conditions by prior arrangement. Dismantling/replacement by the buyer must occur during calendar weeks 46-47 / 2026.

System Description:

- Robust 4-column construction
- Rotating arm with film carriage
- Integrated top sheet dispenser
- Turntable for pallet rotation
- Automatic pallet height detection via photo cell
- Variable setting for number of top and bottom wraps
- Variable wrapping program settings
- Blower unit: The start of the film is blown from below and wrapped into the load
- Pre-stretch system P.G.S.A. (see 1.5, 1.5.1):
For film consumption reduction and increased load securing
- With this pre-stretch system, the film tension applied to the load can be adjusted via the dancer roller
- Siemens S7-200 PLC control with free-standing control cabinet
- Machine operation and information displayed on operator display
- Triple signal lights for operating status indication
- Machine equipped with Robopac standard components
- Electrical installation to IP 54 protection class
- Documentation included

- Machine built according to CE and EMC standards
Safety light barriers at infeed and outfeed (Robopac Sistemi standard)
As per EU directive for automatic machines (Directive 89/392/EEC), the plant carries CE marking and is delivered with a declaration of conformity
