The robust Junior R1 offers all the features a modern edge sanding machine needs.
A solid cast iron sanding unit with a powerful motor ensures maximum sanding performance. The working table adjustable in height by spring pressure allows optimal use of the sanding belt and safe operation.
The upper part is made of heavy cast iron with a built-in three-phase motor 380 V, 2.2kW, 2850 rpm. The machine comes equipped with an integrated switch-plug combination;
motor protection switch and main switch according to VDE; dimensions of the sanding belt back plate: 850 x 150 mm; steel table, height adjustable by spring pressure; belt size: 150 x 2280 mm; the back plate of the sanding belt is covered with a graphite sliding coating.
The machine is dust-tested (GS) when connected to a central extraction system with an air velocity of at least 20 m/s.
Includes angle and mitre gauge.
