Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled, with the machine body fully refurbished. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made from cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain tap), including the coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- The coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, which can be actuated via the swivel system
- The pull bridge, clamping jaws, and rack segments are new
- A switchable clamping jaw monitoring system has been implemented (additional safety for operator and prevention of tool breakage)
- Safety door with safety interlock, signal indicator, and door lock
- Tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine enclosure
- Additional end position limit switches installed
- All electrical equipment (control cabinet) is new
- No PLC installed, making the machine electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (SEW Germany) with brake
- Machine has been newly painted with 2-component structural lacquer

General Information:
The dual-spindle drive ensures a smooth and central pulling point as well as a constant broaching speed (optionally 3 m/min or 6 m/min).
By design, the machine is quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat tools for keyway cutting.
Thanks to the universally designed pull bridge and machine table, broaching with profile and flat broaching tools is possible without using additional pull heads.
