Remarks:
The machine has been overhauled; the machine frame has been fully reconditioned. The following wear parts have been replaced/renewed:
- New trapezoidal screws and spindle nuts made of cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals are new
- Cooling system incl. coolant/lubricant swivel system is new
- New 2-speed SEW geared motor
- New electrics (Siemens)
- New safety door instead of a light barrier
- New clamping jaws
- All sheet metal parts, including covers, chip chute, basket, screen, and spindle guard, are new.
- Stainless steel control panel with permanent labeling
- Machine repainted with 2-component structural coating
The machine bears the "CE" mark from the manufacturer.

General Information
The dual spindle drive ensures a smooth and central pulling point as well as a consistent broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 18mm (from 16mm keyway tools, only with stepped tool shanks).
Due to its design, the machine can be quickly and easily set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyways.
Because of the universal construction of the pull bridge and machine table, it is possible to broach with both profile and flat broaching tools without the use of additional pull heads.
