Opis

The used QUASER MV 184 C 4-axis vertical machining center is a medium-sized CNC vertical center with a cast iron structure and roller guideways for the table; travel distances: X 1020 mm, Y 610 mm, Z 610 mm. Table size is 1200×600 mm, with a maximum load capacity of 500 kg. The unit is equipped with a full 4th axis (TJR HR 255N) with tailstock and a T-slotted machined table.

The spindle is an ISO-40 (DIN 69871) type, capable of 10,000 rpm (maximum 18 kW), cooled by a dedicated chiller. It features high-pressure through-spindle coolant, a RANDOM-type automatic tool changer with 30 positions and swap arm, RENISHAW TS 27 tool presetting, RENISHAW wireless part probing, and a conveyor chip evacuator.

Year of manufacture: June 2017 (installed 2018). It is equipped with a FANUC MILL I CNC with color LCD, Manual Guide i, remote jog handwheel, USB port, RS 232 serial, memory card, and FILTERMIST mist extraction unit.
