For sale here are 2 fully functional SLC (Surface Like Chrome) vacuum coating systems / metallization units manufactured by PVT GmbH.
A 3rd non-functional system is no longer available for sale.
Complete documentation for the systems is available in paper form and will be handed over upon purchase.

In order to operate the systems, a compressed air supply, power supply, and water cooling system are required and must be provided by the buyer.

All other PVT processes are, of course, possible as well.

The system was primarily used for processing wheel rims. Treatment of other workpieces made of aluminum, steel, or plastic is also possible, such as bathroom/kitchen fittings, motorcycle and automotive add-on parts, door and window handles, etc.

What are the advantages of the SLC process compared to conventional chrome plating:
- SLC coating is a high-gloss finish optically comparable to electroplated chrome
- Significantly more resistant to scratches and chipping
- The process is more environmentally friendly and provides outstanding corrosion resistance
- Costs are considerably lower
