Klsdpfx Ajl Dw D Eof Njl With the SER600 Super Edge Rounder from Q-Fin, you can deburr, grind, edge break, round, deslag, remove oxide layers, or perform linear finishing on sheet metal parts up to 600 mm wide. A combination of these operations is also possible. The throughput capacity of the SER600 is 3 to 5 times higher than that of comparable machines. This new 2025 model comes equipped with a magnetic support, making it ideal for processing flame-cut steel parts and other magnetic materials. The machine features 5 processing stations. It is operated easily via the HMI touchscreen panel located at the front of the machine. The first station of the SER600 consists of a grinding unit. The abrasive belt in this unit removes burrs and/or burn marks from the product surface. If there are no burrs, the abrasive belt can be omitted or removed. It is also possible to process your product with a finer abrasive belt or finish with a Scotch-Brite belt. The second and third stations feature a disc brush unit with 4 oscillating disc brushes. The fourth and fifth stations consist of 2 round brushes rotating in opposite directions (left and right). The brushes break the sharp edges of the product or, thanks to the unique combination of two brush systems, can round edges up to a radius of R=3 mm. With special brushes installed, the SER600 with magnetic system can also efficiently remove oxide layers from steel products or slag from plasma-cut parts. We offer the combination with a WES6000 wet grinding dust extraction system as the 'SER600 Set.' The WES6000 was developed by Q-Fin to safely extract grinding dust without loss of suction. This fully stainless-steel extraction system operates wet, removing grinding dust from stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum, thereby eliminating fire and explosion hazards. According to Q-Fin, this is the safest, simplest, and most sustainable solution for extracting grinding dust. The WES6000 ensures there is no grinding dust in the air and/or the work environment. Depending on the process, it enables handling up to 8 different chemicals with a variable number of tanks. All tanks are made from 316 stainless steel and are insulated. The number of tanks and heated tanks is determined according to your process requirements. ✅Tank heating is provided via gas heat exchangers. All processes can be monitored and both time and temperature for each stage can be set via the PLC touchscreen. ✅Any faults that occur in the system can be tracked via the control panel. Automatic float switches are installed in each tank; if the water or chemical level is too low, the system automatically stops and replenishes fluid by transferring between tanks, ensuring safe operation. ✅A drip tray is installed under all tanks, manufactured from 316 stainless steel.
