PROFTEQ CORNERLAB 20

ORNERLAB 20 is a CNC cleaning machine with 2 interpolated axes, designed for welded corners of standard or coated PVC frames. In addition to the 250 mm diameter blade, the equipment includes 10 rotary tools that allow not only for the cleaning of external corners, but also internal corners, sashes, gasket seats, and glazing bead profiles.

PQClean is the CAM software installed on the machine’s PC that enables 2D visualization of the profile and available tools. Through the user-friendly interface, the operator can easily set the tool path, which PQClean translates into ISO instructions. Profile changeover is extremely fast, and the onboard PC can store countless profiles and programs.

For connected machines, PQClean can receive programming lists created in the office and can also externally communicate machine data necessary for remote diagnostics. Adding the TG6 loading/unloading and rotation bench automates the entire cycle of loading, processing, and unloading.
