Fully Automatic Sawing and Punching System for Aluminium and Plastic Profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - V combines precise sawing and punching in a continuous, automated work process. Based on the proven Profilma 502 model, this machine is ideal for high production volumes, complex machining operations, and processing of bundled materials.

Control is handled via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time indicator, and integrated fault diagnosis. An IXON router provides secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per order.
