Fully automatic sawing and punching machine for aluminium and plastic profiles

The Profilma 502 ST - HV combines precise sawing and flexible punching in a fully automated process. Based on the Profilma 502 model, it is specifically optimized for high-volume applications and combined processing operations – including the handling of entire profile layers.

Control is managed via a Siemens S7 system with touch display, piece counter, cycle time indicator, and integrated fault diagnostics. An IXON router enables secure remote access via VPN. Up to 10 punching dimensions can be programmed per job. The horizontal punching unit can be deactivated if needed.
