Large semi-automated Polar 137 XT-Autotrim Pace Cutting System with stack lift, jogger with counting scale, gripper transport system, turn gripper, and unloader, year 2010, approx. 5.43 million cuts.

Workflow:
The material to be cut is raised to an optimal working height with a loading lift, placed in the jogger by the operator, jogged, and then automatically transported by the Autotrans gripper system from behind the jogger to the rear table of the high-speed cutter, where it is rotated.
After cutting, the Transomat automatically deposits the stacks onto a pallet, allowing cutting to continue simultaneously.

Accepts the prepared cutting stack from the stacking rack or buffer table.

Via air tables, which optimize the handling process with an air cushion, the cutting material is transported directly to the rear table of the cutter and positioned precisely there.
During transport, the grippers hold the cutting stack securely in place, ensuring that even aligned stacks remain exactly squared.
