The semi-automatic Pneumatico PT-2800 assembly table is ideal for the production of pallets in various sizes. Its design allows for quick and easy adjustment of the dimensions of the pallets to be assembled, enabling the manufacture of small series batches. Operation of the table requires one operator, who can stack between 180 and 210 pallets in an 8-hour shift, depending on skill and work organization.

Two nailers for different nail lengths are suspended on spring balancers, ensuring ergonomic working conditions. Pneumatic clamps position blocks and stringers precisely, resulting in higher quality and repeatability for specific pallet sizes. Pneumatic lifting of the pallet makes the entire process less tiring for the operator.
