The High Quality Press Brake, or HQPB, is the top model among Placke press brakes. The entire manufacturing process, from hydraulic cylinders to control cabinet construction, takes place in-house. By combining state-of-the-art technology with years of experience in forming technology, the HQPB series enables you to achieve precision bending at the highest level. Even the standard base version is a fully functional press brake. This combination of safety, reliability, and efficiency, along with straightforward operation, enables us to meet the highest demands and accuracies in the bending process.

Machine Frame:
- Base machine made from S 355 N steel
- Side frames welded with two pressure tubes and overhead oil tank
- Above-floor design
- Paint finish (2-component textured paint), light grey (RAL 7035) and signal grey (RAL 7004)

Upper Beam:
- Press beam stress relieved
- Immersion depth measurement, reading head guided via ball rail
- Separate Y1 and Y2 control, electronic monitoring of beam inclination

Hydraulic System:
- Hydraulic proportional control valve system with electronically monitored cylinder synchronization
- Solid steel cylinder with induction-hardened piston rod

Punch Clamping:
- Upper tool holder WILA system, hydraulic clamping system, type NSCL-II-HC, fully hardened, max. load: head-bearing = 250 t/m, shoulder-bearing = 300 t/m

Lower Beam:

- Centrally adjustable crowning system, WILA system, CNC-controlled, NSCR-I-MC, with 2 mechanically adjustable wedge bars for compensation of deflection

Front of the Machine:
2 aluminium support arms at the front, approx. 600 mm long, incl. 2 tilting stops, measuring tape, and plastic wear strip. The support arms are adjustable via ball rail guide and can be height-adjusted for dies from 55 mm to 100 mm using a slotted hole. The ball rail guide is milled into the lower beam.
