Our skyLaser Mark systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Thanks to the fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064nm, even the finest structures can be achieved in almost any material. Unlike traditional milling processes, the laser operates contactlessly, free of applied force, and without tool wear. Benefits for your application include geometrical flexibility and high processing precision. This technology can be applied regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. The adaptable, mobile worktable increases the system’s flexibility. You can easily integrate the system into your production line or use it as a stand-alone, turnkey solution. Our skyLaser Mark provides extremely precise and durable markings (laser engravings) and is especially suitable for metals and certain organic materials.
A wide range of fonts, as well as barcodes, serial numbers, logos, and images can be easily applied. Thanks to outstanding resolution, virtually any marking requirement can be fulfilled. Ideal for producing embossing stamps, engravings, labels, and fine, complex structures, the user-friendly software ensures straightforward operation. Even highly complex and demanding marking jobs can be quickly created on the included industrial PC. Precision positioning is effortless, with an optional observation camera for process monitoring and software-assisted workpiece alignment.
As the system has virtually no wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is nearly maintenance-free, it is particularly suited for industrial applications and continuous operation.
