Thanks to the robust steel base frame (approx. 4 t), these machines offer high static rigidity, enabling trouble-free processing of solid wood and various metals. The sophisticated arrangement and distribution of 35 mm linear rails and guides, along with the massive gantry featuring vibration-damping properties, are distinguishing features of our CNC milling machines.

All machine components and servo drive units are the result of years of development and experience. The powerful servo motors are highly efficient and backlash-free, directly coupled to the German-manufactured precision ball screws, guaranteeing a zero-backlash drive system to satisfy the highest requirements.

The advanced freely programmable CNC controller, equipped as standard on all PFEIFER technology SkyCNC WK series milling machines, allows for flexible intervention via touchscreen under all production conditions. With this CNC control system, you can generate your milling data, import CAD/CAM data, and process them independently of a computer.

Options such as an automatic tool changer (up to 16 tools), a solid aluminum vacuum table, various tool/workpiece cooling solutions, automatic lubrication system for all axes, and many other intelligent features round off this milling system.
