Our skyLaser Mark systems are used precisely where conventional CO2 laser technology reaches its limits. Utilizing a fiber laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm, even the most intricate structures can be achieved on almost any material. In contrast to conventional milling processes, the laser operates contact-free, force-free, and without tool wear. The advantages for your application are geometric flexibility and high processing accuracy. This type of machining can be used regardless of the hardness of the workpiece. With the mobile and adaptable work table, which can be tailored to your requirements, the system’s flexibility is further increased. You can easily integrate the system into your production line, or operate it as a stand-alone solution. Our skyLaser Mark systems deliver very precise and permanent markings (laser engravings) and are specifically suitable for metals and certain organic materials in specialized laser applications.

A wide range of fonts can be used, and applying barcodes, serial numbers, logos, as well as images is effortless. Thanks to excellent resolution, nearly all marking requirements can be met. From making embossing stamps, engravings, inscriptions, and complex fine structures, the software is extremely user-friendly. Even very complex and elaborate marking tasks can be created easily on the included industrial PC. Precise positioning is managed quickly and easily – an optional monitoring camera for process tracking and software-assisted workpiece alignment is available.

Since the system features hardly any wear parts and, thanks to IPG laser technology, is almost maintenance-free, it is particularly suitable for industrial applications and continuous operation.
