Regarding the values of the current KLINGELNBERG gear measurement reports before the grinding process:

"Pitch and lead are unremarkable. In the profile, one measurement shows an fHα deviation at the limit or slightly outside the tolerance. Please check whether this value is permissible according to the drawing/customer approval or if correction or reworking is required. The gears have always been passed on to the RZ 1000 REISHAUER for grinding and were ground accordingly. Nevertheless, an overhaul of the C-axis is recommended. A cost estimate from GLEASON PFAUTER LUDWIGSBURG is available. Estimated cost: 10,000 EUR."
