The ScanWorks V5 offers the largest field of view currently available for a line scanner based on the latest state-of-the-art technology.
The portable ScanWork scanning system combines the user-friendliness of portable CMM arms with the sophistication of Perceptron's scanning technology.
The V5 is capable of capturing 458,400 points per second with a minimum point-to-point resolution of 12 microns.

Further features of the V5 include:

Wide field of view: 140 mm and 110 mm
Projected rangefinder: Projects an accurate trapezoidal representation of the field of view and the optimal scan offset distance – enables users to become familiar with optimal scanning procedures.
Dynamic range: Captures precise data on dark and reflective surfaces, eliminating the need for white powder sprays.
The sensor is impervious to ambient light.
