The Packtech AF-35 is a pneumomechanical vertical automatic machine designed for weighing, dosing, and packaging of bulk products into “pillow type” bags. It is ideal for packing pellets, grains, salt, sugar, animal feed, fertilizers, and other free-flowing materials—even for large portions up to 50 kg.

Thanks to its weighing dosing system, the machine ensures high accuracy (error margin 0.5–1%) and a wide working range from 2 to 25 kg per portion. The unit operates fully automatically, requiring only minimal operator intervention.

The machine can be integrated with loading conveyors to enable automatic product level maintenance in the hopper. The construction meets ISO 12100:2010 safety standards, and all product-contacting components are made of stainless steel.
