For sale: a complete, fully automated packaging line for panels and countertops with shrink film wrapping, featuring an automatic labelling system as well as robotic loading and unloading. The line is designed for industrial operation, ensuring high performance, process repeatability, as well as neat and airtight packaging of the final product.

The line consists of the following components:
  1.   Cell with a loading cart for pallets of panels/countertops to be wrapped and labelled; loading cell dimensions: 3,500 mm x 1,300 mm
  2.   Loading table with crosswise belt magazine, dimensions: length 3,000 mm x width 2,200 mm
  3.   ABB four-axis robot with gripper for automatic loading of panels/countertops from the pallet to the loading table
  4.   SYSFORM 8305B automatic label applicator with magazine, year of manufacture: 2023
  5.   Belt conveyor: length 1,900 mm x width 800 mm
  6.   Sealing unit with guillotine and film unwinding system from half-sleeve, plus film magazine: IMPACK HYBRID 80 SERVO, year 2018
