The machine is equipped with:
RMV-40 – Automatic edge magazine, 0.4-3 mm edge thickness, end trimming shears with roller and optical sensor, shortening the edge length on the panel (saves edging material)
Automatic edge feeder with optical monitoring of individual pre-cut edge strips in fixed lengths
Combi Melt – Gluing zone for EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives as well as standard cleaning granulates

Machine Control:
15-inch colored touchscreen monitor, unlimited number of work programs can be stored sequentially, all preselection of machining aggregates as well as working parameters for the CombiMelt gluing system for full automation and maximum operator convenience.
Electronic control – track points with high accuracy +/- 1 mm
Some aggregates can be adjusted during machine loading through Beckhoff industrial PC control

- F – Pre-milling:

2 HF motors 1.5 kW, clockwise and counter-clockwise, automatically controlled
- Kc – Double end trimming unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm
- Bfc – Rough mill:
Rough milling unit for machining solid edges and pre-shaping the radius
- Hft – Fine radius milling unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm, double-sided, automatically adjustable
- AKF – Automated copying mill as a universal milling unit:
With two independent spindles for top or bottom, for longitudinal and corner processing. Automatic adjustment from chamfering for thin edge up to 1 mm to radius processing.
- ZKc – Scraper unit R2
Double-sided processing, automatic control, for finishing rounded edges
- FZK – Flat scraper for edge finishing and glue joint cleaning
- GE – Second guide operation for feeding workpieces (can be swung in/out from the machine as needed)
- GS – Spraying sliding liquid onto the edge
- RS Set – With 4-fold chemical spraying and cleaning unit
- ZKc – Scraper unit R1
- WE – Angular fence for precise guidance of workpieces into the edgebander

Trouble-free machine in excellent condition with regular OTT (Asamer s.r.o.) maintenance.
The machine is currently fully operational in production, possibility of testing – we glue PUR. Collection by the end of 2025.
