Visit and Test Our Machines
Attend a dedicated demonstration, where a qualified Otinus technician will showcase the complete functionality of the machine. You may provide technical drawings and sample materials.

Scope of Delivery:
2-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – Commissioning and controller training.
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours) – Independent operation under our technician’s supervision, including the possibility to program specific parts.
Telephone consultation by a specialist
- Between 7.30 am and 9:00 pm (Mon-Sat) – An 8-hour package available within 12 months.

Free rental of transport rollers and two lifting jacks to facilitate positioning of the machine at the customer site. Rollers and jacks will be delivered upon prior request (at least 7 days before machine delivery).

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period.
- Delivery time: approx. 6-8 weeks.
This does not apply when the machine is marked as available from stock.

- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the vendor
- The customer is responsible for the machine during unloading and transport on their premises.
