A two-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – commissioning and control system training.
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours) – independent operation of the machine under supervision of our technician, with the possibility to program specific parts.
Telephone consultation with a specialist
- 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Mon–Sat): One 8-hour support package, to be used within 12 months.
Free loan of transport rollers and two jacks for easier installation at the customer’s site. Rollers and jacks will be delivered upon request (at least 7 days prior to machine delivery).

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period.
- Delivery time: approx. 6–8 weeks. Does not apply when the machine is marked as available from stock.

- Seller provides warranty and post-warranty service
- The customer is responsible for the machine during unloading and transport on their premises.
