Scope of Delivery:
A two-day operator training and commissioning:
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – Commissioning and CNC control training.
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours) – Independent operation of the machine under supervision of our technician, including programming specific parts.
Telephone support from a specialist:
- 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Sat) – 8-hour support package, to be used within 12 months.
Free rental of transport rollers and two lifting jacks to facilitate machine setup at the customer’s location. Rollers and jacks must be requested at least 7 days prior to delivery.

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period.
- Delivery time: approx. 6–8 weeks.
Does not apply if the machine is marked as available ex stock.
- The machine is brand new.
- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller.
- The customer is responsible for the machine during unloading and on-site transport.
