Operation

Design
The welding gun cable provides extensive freedom of movement, making it easier to weld in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to operate. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system, enabling operation under demanding conditions in three-shift operation.

Operating Principle
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces to be joined using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed at the welding wire, which is fed by the wire feeder, and at the contact point. When the trigger is pressed, the welding gun must be moved along the weld seam in accordance with the wire feed speed. Constant working temperatures for the beam source and welding gun are maintained by a water-cooled circulation system. Beam power and cooling are controlled via a controller that adjusts the settings according to the user's parameters.
