Factory-new combined universal long-belt sander, brushing machine, and polishing machine in portal construction

Customizable sanding length and width per customer requirements, also available with two sanding belts running in parallel for two workstations—enabling both rough and finish sanding without changing the belt—as well as a brush and polishing head with automatic longitudinal adjustment left and right.

The machine is suitable for rough and fine sanding, structuring (brushing), polishing, and high-gloss polishing of diverse surface materials—painted workpieces, natural workpieces, various metal sheets including stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and various plastics.
