Slightly used ORMA MEMBRANE PRESS, model DUPLEX 30/15 vacuum press with preheating oven/table for acrylic and thermoformable plastics. Has been used occasionally for light project work. Suitable for example for processing Corian sheets. An alternative to a new machine.

The frame is made of welded heavy-duty steel beam construction, and welded steel plates.
There is an insulation layer between the galvanized steel sheets of the exterior and interior surfaces of the heating oven.
Manual opening of the heating oven, guided rail, and transport wheels.
The membrane press table is made of phenol-coated plywood with grooved grid for even vacuum distribution.
The upper section, where the membrane film is mounted, opens 45 degrees and is equipped with gas springs.
Quick and easy locking of the upper section. Manual quick-release system for the membrane film.
Vacuum system with a single 25 m³/h vacuum pump.

The control panel, mounted on the left end of the machine, includes:
