Opis

Blast room for all types of abrasive media, constructed from steel with insulated panels, including filtration system, recirculating air system, abrasive media preparation, 200L automatic refill pressure blast pot, blast hose with deadman control, breathing air system, LED lighting, wall lining made of 70 Shore 4mm reinforced rubber sheet, sweep pit with bucket elevator.

Abrasive media recovery via sweep pit with bucket elevator, upgradable to cross screw conveyor with dosing hood across the full width as a sweep pit or as a complete flat conveyor floor.

Workpiece transport is retrofittable: blast trolley with rail bed, crane system, roof crane opening, etc.

For glass bead blasting of stainless steel, upgradable with a suitable magnetic drawer or electrically driven magnetic drum separator.
