Container Design:
A horizontal container made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), a 1-chamber container, with a volume of 60,000 liters. Warranty for the container: 24 months from delivery

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel according to standard Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness is approx. 5 mm, test overpressure 3.0 bar - operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°

Filling Options: 5 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and folding dome lids. The dome lids are sealed with 4 wing nuts each, rubber support for the dome lid on top for storage, closed rain strip at the front - open at the rear

Material Outlet: 1 material outlet cone DN 800 made of INOX, foldable with INOX disc for loosening, material outlet cone can be pivoted to the side, shut-off valve DN 150, with white seal, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
One 2.5" stainless steel air collector line mounted on the operating side RIGHT, a stainless steel air distribution pipe 4" is mounted at the rear of the container, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, upper air hose and air connection hoses are in 2" STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve at the top of the container, 1 vibrator 1m in front of the turntable

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder is mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety handrail with a separate folding ladder section can be erected from below with a locking brake when opened, 1 aluminum safety walkway runs along the top left of the container, anti-slip coating on the container

Hose Reel:
4 hose reel containers 5 m length DN 200 made of aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76
