The ML100’s planetary belt system enables belt grinding without tube rotation, delivering outstanding surface results.

The infeed system feeds straight tubes safely into the grinding station, ensuring consistent and productive surface finish quality.

Minimal vibration on long tubes:
With the ML planetary belt system, the tube itself does not rotate. Instead, the abrasive belts orbit around the tube while it remains stationary and moves straight through the machine.

Polishing of straight or bent tubes:
The ML100 is engineered for finishing straight tubes (automatically) or bent tubes (manually).

Quick adjustment:
The automatic infeed can be easily detached via hinges, allowing for processing of bent tubes.

Reduced heat generation:
Unlike conventional systems, the planetary belt system significantly reduces frictional heat on the tube’s surface.

Oval tubes:
The ML100 safely processes the surfaces of oval or elliptical tubes.
